Indianapolis based HVAC company employees are taught on installation and troubleshooting techniques with the brand new Bryant 900 Series furnaces.
Indianapolis, January 4, 2012 – Peterman Heating & Cooling, Inc. installation crews and service technicians recently took part in a comprehensive training seminar on the new Bryant 900 Series furnaces. This training was put on at the Peterman facility by Bryant and Habegger representative, Eric Jones who went through installation techniques, service troubleshooting, and overall operational benefits.
“We feel it is extremely important in our company to provide our guys with the best training around. Bryant and Habegger have been extremely helpful in this mission,” said Pete Peterman, president of Peterman Heating and Cooling, Inc. Peterman uses training sessions like these along with the Peterman Training Facility to ensure their installation crews and service technicians are continually educated on new equipment and troubleshooting.
The new Bryant 900 Series furnaces will present installation crews and technicians with a number of unique things to keep in mind when putting in a new system and working on the unit itself. Increased efficiency, better blower motors, and quieter operation all come with new components that HVAC professionals will have to get used to working on. Even though they had to change some things in order to give the homeowner more benefits, Bryant did not forget the installer or technician when redesigning the 900 Series. They have added a number of features that make the new furnace easier to install and to service. “We are really excited about this new product from Bryant and the advantages it offers both the homeowner and our installers and technicians,” remarked Pete from Peterman.
This the second round of training for Peterman and their employees. Last October, the Peterman sales representatives and President Pete Peterman attended a session at the United Technologies factory where the new furnace was unveiled and they were given a tour of the Indianapolis facility where these new 900 Series furnace will be made. This session was an opportunity for all Indianapolis Bryant Factory Authorized Dealers to learn about the new furnaces and the advantages they will offer the homeowner. “I think our sales guys really benefited from the session a few months ago. It gave them a chance to see how this furnace is made and really get an up-close look at what they are presenting to our customers,” said Pete.
The new Bryant 900 Series furnaces will be officially released to homeowners during the first quarter of 2012.
