Indianapolis HVAC Product Spotlight: Bryant 123A Air Conditioner
Posted by Chad Peterman on Thursday, May 17, 2012
I am going to try a new thing in the blog starting today. The idea just came to me, and I am hoping that you find some value in the information. The idea centers around highlighting one of our Bryant products and explaining the features and benefits of individual products. My goal is to provide you with useful information you can use during your heating and cooling system buying decision along with the useful information on our product pages.
The first product that I will spotlight is the Bryant 123A air conditioning unit. This is one of our most popular air conditioners that we sell. It is a nice upgrade from the base air conditioning unit, but not quite as expensive as the top-of-the-line Bryant Evolution system. The 13 SEER Bryant 123A is a great air conditioning system for any homeowner looking for a quiet durable air conditioner.
Benefits of Indianapolis High Efficiency Heating and Cooling Systems
Posted by Chad Peterman on Tuesday, May 15, 2012
As summer approaches here in Indianapolis and Greenwood, our air conditioners will become a vital part of us surviving the summer heat. However, when the air conditioner runs, utility bills can skyrocket with inefficient HVAC systems. Older less efficient systems consume more energy each year to provide your home with the same amount of cooling. With what seems like rising prices on everything from groceries to gas, a high utility bill is the last thing any homeowner needs.
Air Conditioning Repair Service: Coil Cleaning
Posted by Chad Peterman on Friday, April 27, 2012
When you have a technician out to your home this spring in Indianapolis or Greenwood, ask the HVAC professional if your evaporator coil needs cleaned. One of the key components of air conditioning maintenance is coil cleaning. It can mean the difference between a central ac system that performs well, saves energy and money, keeps the home comfortable, and lasts a long time.
Your HVAC system has two separate coils. Your indoor coil is known as an evaporator coil and the outdoor coil is known as the condenser coil. The evaporator coil absorbs heat from inside air blown over it by the air handler fan. The condenser repels heat as the fan blows outdoor air over its surface during the warmer months.

There are a few simple steps a homeowner can do to maintain their air conditioning system, but a diagnostic tune up should be left to certified professionals.
Benefits of Two Stage Indianapolis Air Conditioning
Posted by Chad Peterman on Wednesday, April 18, 2012
Although they have not arrived yet, it is never too early to start preparing for the hot summer temperatures that the Indianapolis summers bring each year. During these hot months the air conditioner is on everyone’s mind. Unfortunately, the use of the air conditioner also brings on increased costs of operation.
Bryant has been one of the industry leaders when it comes to developing cooling equipment that provides the best comfort without putting a big hole in your pocketbook. The Bryant two stage air conditioner is one of the most energy efficient air conditioning units on the market. It combines dual stages of cooling to provide maximum comfort with energy saving technology that allows some to save anywhere from 10%-30% on their electric bills.
