More work for you after you just made a big investment. But wait…What if we told you we register every piece of equipment we install with Bryant for the customer and keep all their paperwork on file. If something goes wrong in the first ten years with your heating and cooling system we will do the following:
- Come out to your home and diagnose the problem for FREE.
- Replace the faulty component for FREE.
- Fix the problem for FREE.

When we install a new HVAC system we want the customer to have absolutely no worries whatsoever about their new purchase. On top of the 10 year parts and 10 year labor warranty, Peterman and Bryant also provide the customer with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. This policy ensures the homeowner won't be stuck with a lemon unit or a unit that is not meeting their needs or expectations. If an owner calls in, after an install has been completed, and states that they are unhappy with the unit, we will set an appointment for our technician and the Bryant factory rep to inspect the troubled unit. Once it has been declared to be a unit that meets guidelines for the policy to be invoked, the customer has the right to a refund or a replacement.
