Air Conditioner and Gas Furnace	$150.00
Heat Pump and Air Handler	$150.00

Humidifiers	$35.00 (cleaning and pad included)
Space Guards	$45.00 (filter replaced only once a year)
Electronic Air Cleaners	$40.00 (cleaning during each inspection)
4" or 5" Filters	$45.00 (filter is replaced only once a year)
1" Pleated Filters	$12.00 (charged each time replaced)
Bag of Filters (Totaline)	$45.00 (3 in a bag)

Service plans are billed up front and are on a yearly billing basis.
