Hey everyone, it’s Chad Peterman, president of Peterman Brothers. I’m so excited to share that out of over 40,000 businesses, Peterman has been named Bryant’s 2021 Dealer of the Year!
I’m so grateful to everyone who made this achievement possible. To begin, a huge thank you to Bryant for being such a supportive partner over the years and selecting us to be this year’s winner.
I also want to thank the Peterman team for all their work in helping us get to this point. When Pete, my dad, set out on his own and began our company in 1986, he had no idea what would happen.
Back then, many companies focused on getting to the next job; they left customers with messy job sites or didn’t wholly fix the issue. Let alone stopping to talk with the customer and getting to know them.
Dad’s simple act of taking the time to listen and genuinely wanting to help the customer, one at a time, built our foundation for success and remains to this day.
Finally, the most enormous thank you of all. To every customer who has used Peterman for the last three decades, from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
